What file formats will my design be delivered in?
It depends on the project, but I typically provide a .PDF, .PNG., and .JPG. These file formats usually suffice for most projects.
What programs do you use?
I work with several programs, choosing the best tool—or combination of tools—specifically for your project. I use a mix of Adobe In-Design, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Canva, plus a few others.
I need a rush order. Can you expedite my design?
Let me know your specific time-frame when you inquire about a project and I will assess whether I can accommodate your deadline and ensure timely delivery.
Do you provide the raw design file?
I only provide the final design file that is necessary for your project. Upon request, I can provide the raw file for an additional fee.
How do we communicate on project details?
Most of our communication will be online to ensure efficiency and clarity. If there are details that cannot be effectively communicated this way, we can get on a call.
