CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Digital Products:
All digital product sales (including Canva templates, AI stock images, and downloadable guides) are final. Due to the instant, downloadable nature of these products, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued once your order is placed and files are delivered. If you experience a technical issue with accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.

Custom Design Services:
A non-refundable deposit or full upfront payment (depending on the project scope) is required to book all custom design work. If a project is canceled before completion, any work completed up to that point will be billed, and the deposit will remain non-refundable. Refunds are not available once final designs have been approved and delivered.

Refund Exceptions:
Refunds are only considered in cases of duplicate charges, accidental duplicate orders, or verified technical errors.
